Chasing Heat: Eating TWO Ghost Peppers? Not a Good Idea

In this episode, it's time to take on the legendary Ghost Pepper, which was recognized as the world's hottest pepper from 2007-2011. Averaging about 950,000 Scoville Units, Ghost Peppers aren't in the same class as some of today's hybrid, super-hot peppers, but they still pack a wallop. I decided to eat TWO of them to up the ante, and I ended up paying the price.

I drank two glasses of milk to ease the inferno in my throat, and about 20 minutes later I threw most of it up. (Note: I do not endorse anyone eating peppers this hot. I'm an amateur having a little fun. Sometimes it isn't fun. And it could potentialy be dangerous. So, be cautious!)
