Chasing Heat: Tasting The Apollo Pepper Last Dab Hot Sauce

I decided to go a second round with The Last Dab hot sauce, this time recording it for YouTube. The Last Dab won again.

The first time I tried the sauce, which you can read about here, I ate a few drops on some tortilla chips. This time around, I drank a shot of it.

Made with the super-hot hybrid Apollo pepper, The Last Dab, as seen on the series "Hot Ones," is estimated at between 2.5 million and 3 million Scoville units — by comparison, a Jalapeno pepper is around 5,000 Scoville units.
