Heine Brothers Coffee announced the opening of its first-ever drive-through-only store, located in Fern Creek. The new location, at 7701 Bardstown Road on the right side of Bardstown Road Northbound before I-265, is now serving.

“We’re thrilled to be brewing in Fern Creek,” Heine Brothers Co-founder and President Mike Mays said in a news release.  “It has been a highly requested neighborhood.  It’s great being positioned close to Fern Creek High School and Bates Elementary because it’s going to be a convenient spot for teachers and students to grab their to-go coffee.”

The menu at the new location will be the same as found at the other locations, and customers also can utilize the Heine Brothers loyalty app for purchases. It is the company’s 18th location and the first to open in the Fern Creek neighborhood.

Heine Brothers’ is a 100% fair trade and organic coffee roaster. The company opened its first shop in October 1994 in the Highlands neighborhood and now has cafés throughout the Kentuckiana area, as well as a headquarters, coffee roastery, and training lab in Louisville’s Portland neighborhood.
