Kentucky Ranks 12th in U.S. for … Bigfoot Spotting

Kentucky is the 12th-best state in the U.S. for Bigfoot spotting, according to a new study.
Now, the source of this study, strangely, is a company called Canada Sports Betting. Hey, sounds like that place just has to be experts on Sasquatch sighting, right?
Nevertheless, Kentucky made the Top 12, even though it doesn’t have a single city in the Top 70. Louisville ranked 73 on the list, while Paducah is No. 80. (I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of a Bigfoot sighting in Louisville, but then again, I don’t live in the Highlands anymore. So who knows?)
Here’s how the study went down, per Canada Sports Betting: Odds experts “analysed historical Bigfoot reports per 100,000 residents, forest coverage and climate conditions to calculate hypothetical spotting odds for U.S. states and Canadian provinces and territories, alongside a separate U.S. metro-area ranking.”
OK, then.
According to CSB, Kentucky reported 2.56 Sasquatch reports per 100,000 residents, so either Kentucky is onto something when it comes to the legendary beast or people are growing more than tobacco out in those rural fields.
In case you are wondering, the top-ranking U.S. city on the list is Grants Pass, Oregon, while the No. 1 state for Bigfoot sighting is Washington.
