Tasting New Mango Habanero and Three Pepper Hot Sauces at Salsarita's Louisville | Chasing Heat

This time around, it's a tasting of not super-hot sauces, but new sauces available at the Salsarita's Fresh Cantinas restaurants in Louisville, Ky. Host Kevin Gibson's friend Caroline Knopf, another pepperhead, joined me in tasting the mango habanero and three-pepper sauces. (The three-pepper sauces is made with habanero, jalapeno and cayenne, so nothing blistering.) The sauces are quite tasty, and now there's something with a bit of heat at our local Salsarita's. Which means now, our host doesn't have to sneak in his own hot sauces. (Sorry for the mediocre sound quality!)
